Changes in Publication Frequency (2026 Onwards)
The Editorial Board of Legal Research & Analysis, is pleased to announce an important update to enhance the timely dissemination of high-quality legal scholarship.
Effective from Volume 4, Issue 1 (2026), the journal will transition from a biannual publication schedule (two issues per year) to a quarterly schedule. New issues will be published in:

· June
· September
· December
This change reflects the growing volume of excellent submissions and the journal's commitment to providing faster publication timelines for authors while maintaining rigorous double-blind peer review standards.
Authors, researchers, practitioners, and students are encouraged to submit manuscripts for upcoming quarterly issues. The journal continues to welcome original articles, research papers, case comments, legislative analyses, and book reviews on contemporary legal topics.
Legal Research & Analysis remains dedicated to advancing accessible, impactful, and diverse legal scholarship through its expanded quarterly publication model starting in 2026.
Call for Papers: Volume 4, Issue 1 (2026)
Legal Research & Analysis, a peer-reviewed open access law journal dedicated to advancing scholarly discourse in contemporary legal issues, invites high-quality submissions for Volume 4, Issue 1, scheduled for publication in March 2026.
We welcome original, unpublished articles, research papers, case comments, legislative analyses, and book reviews from academicians, researchers, practitioners, judges, and students. Submissions should offer insightful legal research and analysis on emerging topics in law.
Suggested Themes (Non-Exhaustive)
To align with current developments in legal scholarship, we particularly encourage submissions exploring:
Artificial Intelligence and Law: Regulation of generative AI, ethical implications, liability in AI-driven decisions, and AI in legal practice.
Technology and Privacy: Data protection, cybersecurity laws, surveillance, and digital rights in the era of big data.
Environmental and Climate Change Law: Sustainable development, climate litigation, and international environmental agreements.
Corporate and Commercial Law: Evolving corporate governance, mergers in the digital economy, and fintech regulations.
Human Rights and Constitutional Law: Emerging challenges in rights protection, constitutional interpretations, and global human rights issues
International Law and Geopolitics: Trade disputes, international dispute resolution, and the impact of geopolitical shifts on legal frameworks.
Submissions on other contemporary legal topics are also welcome. Legal Research & Analysis is committed to promoting diverse and innovative legal scholarship. We offer APC waivers for eligible authors (see APC Waiver Policy).
