Archiving Policy

Legal Research & Analysis is dedicated to the long-term preservation and accessibility of its published content to support ongoing scholarly research. The journal participates in established digital preservation networks, such as PKP Preservation Network (PN), CLOCKSS, and/or LOCKSS, to ensure redundant, secure archiving. In the event the journal ceases publication, all articles, issues, and supplementary materials will remain permanently accessible through these trusted repositories. Details of preservation arrangements are publicly available on the journal's website to promote transparency and trust.

Deposit Policy

Legal Research & Analysis encourages the widest possible dissemination of published research and supports self-archiving to promote open access.  Authors may deposit the following versions of their manuscript in institutional repositories, subject-specific repositories (e.g., SSRN, HeinOnline), personal websites, or other non-commercial platforms at any time:

·       Submitted version (pre-print): Immediately upon submission.

·       Accepted version (post-peer-review, author-accepted manuscript): Immediately upon acceptance.

·       Published version (version of record, publisher's PDF): Immediately upon publication, with no embargo period.

When depositing, authors must include a full citation acknowledging Legal Research & Analysis as the original place of publication, along with the DOI link. This policy aligns with green open access principles and enables compliance with funder mandates requiring deposit in repositories. Authors are encouraged to deposit the published version of record to ensure accurate representation and maximum visibility.
